  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days after processing

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we'll make it right

Before You Return

  • Returns create unnecessary shipping emissions — if something isn't right, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it directly

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Eligible Items

  • All products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Bamboo tees are not eligible for return once the pack has been opened

  • Gloves are not eligible for return once worn

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we'll cover it

Refunds

  • Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return
